Directions For Use

• Hold the Rotahaler vertically and position the two halves so that the fin is not directly below the hole.
• Remove this rotacap from its bottle and insert it into the hole with the transparent end facing down.
• Close your lips tightly around it head back slightly and take a deep breath.
• Hold the breath for 10 seconds or as long as you are comfortable and then exhale.
